Phoenix performs all levels of refractory and scheduled maintenance. We offer start-to-finish solutions for every project. We also offer assistance with design and efficient material selections. We specialize in shutdown refractory management, including labour, material and equipment to successfully complete your project.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervisors and employees are responsible for compli­ance with Provincial and Federal Environmental Laws and Company Policy. We ensure all Phoenix employees know and follow these laws and policies.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

Phoenix Refractories Ltd. is committed to a workplace that is free of recognized health and safety hazards and where safety has the highest priority in the operation of our business. Our Health and Safety Program is designed to identify and eliminate all incidents which have the potential to cause personal injury, financial loss, or adverse affects upon the environ­ment, and provide a "substance abuse free" workplace.

Our goal is to achieve zero lost time accidents through a program that complies with the policies and rules of our Customers, Regulatory Agencies, and good industry practices. 

Phoenix Refractories Ltd. Manage­ment, Supervisors, Workers, and Contractors are responsible and accountable for the safe operation of their projects. Our goals and objectives can be obtained by planning for Accident Prevention and Loss Control in all aspects of our work and phases of our operations.
